The ‘Old Mansion Site’ project shortlisted at the Housebuilder Awards 2023
Highwood’s ‘Old Mansion Site’ project has been named a finalist in the Housebuilder Awards 2023’s ‘Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer’ category.
Old Mansion is another joint scheme by Highwood and VIVID and has already achieved critical success. The Southampton project won Residential Development of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2022 and earned a shortlisting for Award for Best Housing Scheme at the Planning Awards 2020 for HGP Architects who designed the development.
This stand-out scheme is seen as an exciting addition to Highwood and VIVID’s landmark North Stoneham Park development that lies just a short distance away. Its ‘magical’ setting within the grounds of a magnificent former 16th century mansion provides a remarkable historical backdrop and underpins Highwood’s focus on creating legacy development through considered placemaking while delivering benefits for the local community.

The winner will be announced in November

The winner of the Housebuilder Awards’ highly competitive ‘Best Design’ category will be announced at a gala awards ceremony at the InterContinental London – The O2 on 2nd November.
