Highwood joins The 5% Club as part of drive to support and develop future talent

Highwood has reinforced its commitment to nurturing the next generation by joining The 5% Club, an industry-led initiative focused on accelerating the recruitment and development of apprentices, graduates, T-Level students and sponsored students.

The 5% Club is a movement of more than 1,000 employers offering ‘earn and learn’ opportunities designed to build essential skills, strengthen employability and create meaningful long-term careers. By joining, Highwood commits to working towards having 5% of its workforce enrolled on formal apprenticeship, graduate or sponsored student programmes within five years. Members also publicly report their progress in their Annual Report.

The network spans SMEs to FTSE organisations across sectors including engineering, transport and financial services. Members can also work towards accredited Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze status through the annual Employer Audit.
