Welcome to this virtual consultation on our emerging proposals for land at Green Lane Farm, Calmore.
Our proposals include a new, circa 70-bed specialist care home, designed to provide high-quality accommodation and care for older people, helping to meet an identified need for specialist care provision in the local area. The scheme also includes eight new family homes, alongside extensive landscaping, public open space, parking and associated infrastructure as part of the wider North Totton Strategic Site SS1 development.
