Welcome to this virtual consultation on our draft development proposals for land at Broadway Lane, Bournemouth.
The proposals include a new, 80-bed specialist care home at Broadway Lane, designed to provide high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. The development would help address a recognised shortfall in local care provision, while creating a modern care environment in a sustainable location close to shops, healthcare services, public transport network and other community facilities.
We would like to invite you to view our draft proposals and give feedback on this proposal ahead of a planning application to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.
