Welcome to this virtual consultation on our draft development proposals for Newbridge Park, Billingshurst.

These proposals include c. 1,000 new homes with open spaces and play areas, a new community centre hub, including a primary school and other facilities and a care home and housing for older people. We also propose a significant upgrade to Jubilee Fields, including a new indoor tennis centre; new outdoor tennis and padel courts; a new pavilion with a gym and exercise room; a full-size FIFA-standard artificial football pitch; a new first-team pitch and other upgraded facilities. Finally, a stunning new 36-hectare country park is proposed and will incorporate public access to open spaces and areas that promote nature and diversity gain alongside a community orchard, allotments and woodland. 

We would like to invite you to view our draft proposals and give feedback on this proposal ahead of a planning application to Horsham District Council. 

The public exhibition will take place at Billingshurst Parish Council, Roman Way, Billingshurst RH14 9QW on Thursday 8th January 2026 from 3.30pm to 8.00pm.
