We’re proud of the development schemes we’ve delivered jointly with our partners. We believe the benefits we enjoy should always extend beyond the ROI and the shared risk – they should always answer the call for added value for, and the long-term viability of, the communities we serve.
We put it down to an innate vision that exploits our skill sets, decades of contracting expertise, a wealth of in-house resources, including a full-service planning department and an overriding determination to partner those who share our vision to deliver property projects better.
Our joint ventures have extended from small parcels of land and an idea for open-market development to those with housing associations, shared ownership and private rented sector (PRS) organisations looking to deliver large-scale schemes and major infrastructure projects for their communities.
It was thanks to a forward-thinking joint venture partnership that saw us deliver the landmark, mixed-tenure North Stoneham Park project in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
This complex community development, which saw us deliver in excess of 1100 new homes has captured the imagination of location authorities and the praise of property industry awards panels over recent years. You can read more about our groundbreaking collaborative scheme here.

We share the same focus on safety, security, comfort and peace of mind, which is everything that our residents value in a new home. Having the same outlook as Highwood is helping us to deliver a new generation of Extra Care Living for people over the age of 55.
We have developed a key relationship with Highwood, which is demonstrated by the quality of the built environment at North Stoneham Park. This relationship maximises the strength of both parties, from Highwood’s land and construction expertise to VIVID’s development expertise and long-term management of the homes.
Development Director, VIVID
We have worked closely with the team at Highwood throughout the design and build process to provide a high-quality, multi-purpose community facility. This collaborative and innovative approach has helped to provide a high quality and sustainable community hub for the benefit of the local community, offering early years childcare provision, a large community hall, meeting rooms, a health room and a café. We look forward to the facility opening in the near future when Covid restrictions are eased, so that it can become a thriving hub for the local community to enjoy.
