Ampfield Meadows Retirement Village site team wins Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award 

The site team at the prestigious Ampfield Meadows Retirement Village that Highwood is building for Inspired Villages Group in Chandlers Ford has won a Quality Recognition Award from Premier Guarantee. 

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards are designed to recognise the UK’s best developments covered by its structural warranty and building control schemes. Its Risk Management Surveyors conduct regular inspection visits to ensure construction quality and workmanship remains high. Nominated sites are then verified by judges with the best performing developers qualifying for Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards. 

The site team at Ampfield Meadows consistently hit high scores on everything from the standard of site management and workmanship, health and safety to site tidiness and general cooperation over the last six months. Judges were suitably impressed and rewarded their exemplary efforts with a Quality Recognition Award.
