Highwood’s North Stoneham Park wins regional LABC Site Manager Award
LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Warranty has presented North Stoneham Park’s Phase 5 site team with a regional Site Manager Award. The award recognises those who go above and beyond when it comes to making a site a success in terms of performance.
The Site Manager Award is also a special category featured in the annual LABC Building Excellence Award and means Colin Paddock now has a chance of being crowned LABC Warranty’s National Site Manager of the Year. The prestigious annual LABC Building Excellence Awards reward site managers for their outstanding contribution to construction and will be held in London on 27 January 2023.
Colin was nominated by LABC Warranty’s risk management surveyors who conduct regular warranty site inspection visits to North Stoneham Park and base their scores on performance across various stages of construction. From foundations to roofs, site tidiness to health and safety, Colin and his team met the criteria required to earn an LABC award nomination.
‘It’s good to be recognised for our hard work,’ said Colin. ‘Everything we do at North Stoneham Park is a real team effort and we’re all committed to doing a great job.’
