Gracewell of Woking is a stunning new, purpose-built residential care and nursing home that overlooks a beautiful village green in a leafy corner of northwest Surrey. Construction began in the summer of 2016 and, on completion a year later, was handed over to specialist healthcare provider, Gracewell, whose renowned 5-Point Personalised Care Programme is catering for those requiring high quality residential care, nursing care and dementia care.
