The South Coast Property Awards is now in its third year and recognises outstanding achievements for projects, organisations and their people in both commercial and residential property sectors.
Highwood has been nominated in the Development of the Year (Residential – Large) category for our landmark North Stoneham Park project in Eastleigh that will see 1100 beautiful new homes and community facilities built in a stunning deer park setting. The award celebrates an exciting office, mixed-use, residential or industrial project that matches industry standards and adds value to the region and we’re hopeful that our North Stoneham Park project will feature highly in the judging panel’s deliberations.
Furthermore, and to crown our outstanding achievements over the last three years, Highwood is also a finalist in the Fast Rising Property Business of the Year award. The award recognises a market leading increase in sales, headcount, profitability, market share or geographical expansion for the period.
Highwood Managing Director, Guy Hayward, was quick to praise his teams for their contribution to this fantastic news:
‘I’m delighted that Highwood has been recognised in two of the most significant categories at this awards event,’ he said. ‘Everyone here has played a crucial role in ensuring that not only do our developments continue to excite our partners and the public, but that our organisation is also fast becoming one of the most compelling success stories in the residential property sector.’
The winners of the South Coast Property Awards will be announced at a gala presentation ceremony at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on 19th July.
