Highwood’s Ampfield Meadows Retirement Village team scoops second Quality Recognition Award  

Congratulations to Highwood’s site team at our Ampfield Meadows Retirement Village who have won a second Quality Recognition Award (QRA) for their work. 

Premier Guarantee provides structural warranties for developments and its Excellence Awards recognise those site teams who consistently deliver quality workmanship and site management. 

Once again the Ampfield Meadows project, a state-of-the-art retirement community for the over 65s for Inspired Villages Group, hit the highest scores on all aspects of work during inspection visits. Categories include health and safety, site tidiness, general cooperation and standards of site management and workmanship and were verified by a judging panel. 

Led by Daragh Keane, Senior Site Manager, the site will now be shortlisted for the annual national Excellence Awards’ coveted trophy.
