Seven of 15 plots at Highwood’s award-winning Old Mansion development sold at launch event
New homes at The Old Mansion Collective, Highwood’s latest, multi-award-winning scheme developed in partnership with VIVID, has been released. Seven of the 15 plots have already been reserved at a special launch event at the weekend reflecting the strong interest in the development.
The exclusive launch at the nearby Concorde Club was attended by prospective purchasers who had registered their interest in the new homes that are set in the grounds of a former 16th century mansion and its deer park at Stoneham.
The Old Mansion Collective is a limited release of just 15, three, four and five-bedroom homes that lie within a quiet, leafy area to the south of Highwood’s landmark North Stoneham Park development. Designed as an homage to the 20th century British architect, Herbert Collins, Highwood’s latest residential development quickly caught the eye of homebuyers looking to combine a great location with excellent transport links, local amenities and sports facilities on the doorstep.
