Highwood welcomes new recruits as business continues to thrive

As Highwood’s buoyant period of steady growth and expansion continues, we’re delighted to welcome four new additions to our expert teams of property professionals.

Lacey Hailstones Graduation
Lacey Hailstones

Lacey Hailstones is our new Assistant Surveyor who joins us having graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a first class honours in BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying. Whilst studying, Lacey also won the Hays Construction and Property prize for Best Research Methods and Individual Project.

George Porter Graduation
George Porter

George Porter began life at Highwood with an eight-week work placement during his second year of study at Solent University. Two years on and George has graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in BSc Construction Management and taken up a new role as Assistant Site Manager at our North Stoneham Park development.

Alex Nicholson worked in the construction industry for more than five years in various roles before joining us as Trainee Assistant Site Manager at North Stoneham Park. As part of his training, he’ll attend Highbury College in Portsmouth as he studies Level 3 Construction Management on a part-time course funded by Highwood.

Finally, David Morris will begin work at Highwood as a Trainee Surveyor in September. He’s excited to be formally starting his career with Highwood having completed a week’s work experience with us already – he’ll now be embarking on a part-time HNC in Quantity Surveying at Solent University as part of his training programme, also funded by Highwood.
