The project commenced at the beginning of 2016 and we have just handed over the stunning 64 bed care home, our first scheme with Mayflower Care Communities. Traditionally built and two storey, the building has been beautifully designed and benefits from fabulous roof terraces which over look the gardens.
Set in approximately 2.5 acres, the communal grounds provide extensive landscaped gardens for its residents which includes woodland walks, all of which have been designed around an existing listed church which is home to a 140 year old organ of significant historical interest.
WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH PINE MARTIN GRANGE. IT IS A FANTASTIC BUILDING IN A BEAUTIFUL SETTING AND WE’RE CONFIDENT THAT IT WILL BE A GREAT SUCCESS. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO HIGHWOOD FOR BEING SO EASY TO WORK WITH AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMPLETING OUR NEXT PROJECT TOGETHER.
