Keeping everyone safe throughout lockdown and beyond
England has now entered its second lockdown of 2020 and will be restricted to new measures until 2nd December, when we all hope life will be able to return to a semblance of normality. In the meantime, we’re conducting regular risk assessments (which can be accessed via the link on our footer below) to ensure everything we do is compliant with the Government’s current guidelines.
Our sites remain open and operating safely with construction being carefully controlled as we stay in close contact with our installation network, our supply chain partners and sub-contractors to ensure our safety measure are consistently maintained. At our Head Office, we continue to practice social distancing with many of our team members working remotely from home and safeguards in place for those who need to come into work.
At our developments we have all safety measures in place to keep our visitors and our Marketing Suite teams safe. Visitors to our North Stoneham Park Marketing Suite are reminded to wear a fast mask and to check in using the simple QR code scanner on the NHS COVID-19 app in line with the NHS Track and Trace service. The app can be downloaded from relevant smartphone app stores and we would ask visitors to do so before visiting to stay up to date with alerts and other information.
We have dedicated hand sanitiser stations in our marketing suite and show homes along with social distancing signage and floor markings that visitors to our marketing suites should observe. We also sanitise all key areas after every visit. We’ll continue to conduct all viewings and meeting by prior appointment and this system has been well received by househunters who appreciate the personal attention and extra time and privacy they have when exploring their potential dream home. We take time to run through our safety procedures with visitors, so they know exactly how to make use of their time at the Park safely.

The Government has confirmed that house moves in England will be unaffected by the new lockdown and we’d like to reassure those who have a move to the Park planned during the lockdown period that we’re here, as always, for help and advice.
