Paying tribute to the extraordinary efforts of our team members

Highwood has also revealed our latest Employee Recognition Awards, which pay tribute to the extraordinary efforts of our team members. Elliott Carley was nominated by his line manager, Philip Prosser, Business Development Director, and wholeheartedly endorsed by the Board.

‘Elliott has consistently worked hard and shown commitment to the business; particularly in taking on the task of managing the pre-construction CVR process,’ Phil commented. ‘He has worked extremely hard to turn things around and engage with all team members and put new processes in place. I continue to be incredibly impressed with his attitude towards work and his colleagues – whether as part of his immediate team or wider group of colleagues, he’s always willing to help others.’

Reflecting our Customer Care team’s outstanding efforts

Finally, a second Recognition Award was presented, for the first time, to an entire department, to reflect the outstanding efforts of the Customer Care team at our North Stoneham Park development.

‘All departments have been touched by the business impact of Covid, but the Customer Care team has been severely affected,’ revealed Steve Matthews, Managing Director of Highwood. ‘Many of the team were furloughed for a significant time as restrictions meant we couldn’t enter occupied properties, but that didn’t prevent the teams’ workload increasing on site. Once restrictions eased, the team worked tirelessly to ensure buyers were still able to move into their new homes and any works needed were concluded quickly and without stress.

Dedication, hard work and professionalism

‘The team has done all this whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude, which has been recognised in the feedback from our clients and residents. Their dedication, hard work and professionalism has been outstanding throughout.’

As the Covid pandemic and current lockdown continues to affect our daily lives, Highwood’s developments, marketing suites and show homes remain open for business with a raft of safety measures in place to keep our on-site teams and visitors safe. Prospective purchasers can book meetings at North Stoneham Park with our Sales team and unaccompanied show home viewings by calling 023 8001 1620 10am to 5.30pm, seven days a week.
