Georgia Howard and Seb Vigneron have moved into their new home, a three-bedroom Weston, which is set adjacent to the walled garden that was part of the original North Stoneham mansion so many years ago. They were first-time buyers who had actually set their hearts on their house before any of the Park’s foundations had even been dug, as Georgia explained.

‘We were looking for a new home that would be within easy reach of our jobs in Winchester,’ she said. ‘We also wanted a house in a great setting and with a nice community feel. We really liked the look of the Park development and when we were invited to Charters to preview the new homes at a launch event we fell in love with the Weston. We both have a keen interest in the history of the Park and the conservation aspect of it so we’re looking forward to exploring it all once we’ve settled in.’

As the happy couple begins a new life at the Park, more completions are taking place and other new residents are starting to join them; the North Stoneham Park community is finally beginning to come together as Highwood Managing Director, Guy Hayward commented.

‘We’re delighted that our vision for this remarkable new community has captured the imagination of such high numbers of homebuyers,’ he said. ‘Interest in the scheme has been considerable, with many purchasers at Avenue Park reserving their new homes off plan as Georgia and Seb did. As the new development phase at Homewood Park is now well underway we’re looking forward to achieving the same levels of interest in this exciting development, particularly when the new Homewood Park Marketing Suite opens in March 2019.’
