‘This is the latest of many collaborations with Cinnamon Care,’ reveals Guy Hayward, Managing Director of Highwood Group. ‘Our very successful relationship spans eight years and eight care projects and we’re proud of the award-winning schemes we’ve developed together. We’re delighted this, the latest in our care home construction portfolio, looks set to be recognised for the same outstanding standards of both its quality of construction and care.’

David Reaves, Head of Marketing for Cinnamon Care Collection added:

‘There is a growing need for quality care in the region, which is why we are opening a second care home in this area. Our new care home in New Milton compliments our highly rated care home in Lyndhurst, Hartwood House, and will offer the same level of excellent care in an equally high-quality environment. This will be a purpose-built, exclusive care home with large, luxurious en-suite rooms and impressive facilities.’

The development is certainly being well received by the local community; pupils from the nearby Ballard School have been invited to name the care home and the chosen name will be announced by the end of July. Furthermore, in a boost to local employment, up to 80 full and part-time jobs will be created for people from the local community with a recruitment drive starting early next year.

The marketing suite for the new care home will open later this year – for further information, please visit www.cinnamoncc.com. You can also read more about Highwood’s construction expertise and explore our current projects and case studies here.
