Highwood is building a prestigious new care home in the peaceful town of Ferndown in Dorset for award-winning care partner, Cinnamon Luxury Care. The new home will offer first-class residential care across all 59 spacious en-suite bedrooms and seven luxury care suites.

Heathland House is designed to empower residents to live as independently as they choose with a full activities programme to encourage socialisation and recreation. Each of the seven luxury care suites are ideally suited to couples and individuals looking to retain companionship and enjoy more space alongside excellent 24-hour residential care. When the facility is open, it will also offer short and long-time respite and convalescent care for loved ones.

Heathland House, will be built to Highwood’s usual discerning standards and will be reflective of Cinnamon’s approach to person-centred residential and dementia care within beautiful, landscaped surroundings.

When complete, the care home will offer superb lounges, private dining rooms, a café bar, cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon. Luxury care suites will be fully furnished and include an en-suite bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and access to a range of exclusive facilities. 

Heathland House is scheduled for completion in summer 2022 with Cinnamon welcoming its first residents following a specialist fit out later in the year.
