A 58-bed neuro rehab unit with two self-contained independent living apartments

Highwood is building a 60-bed specialist neurological rehabilitation unit in the picturesque town of Camberley in Surrey for leading care partner, Hamberley Development, and Hamberley Neurocare.

The unit will provide rehab, recovery and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s and Huntington’s. It is the second specialist neuro care facility under the same collaboration – work on Hamberley Neurocare Southampton is underway simultaneously.

This pioneering development will comprise 58 en suite bedrooms and two spacious, self-contained independent living apartments, all providing 24-hour specialist rehab care. It will house a physiotherapy gym, medical consulting rooms, lounges, dining rooms and a café bar.

Due for completion in late spring 2024

Hamberley Neurocare Camberley is being built on the site of Randell House, a former care home, and the old All Saints Chapel on Fernhill Way on the west side of the town.

The new facility is due for completion in late spring 2024 and will open in summer 2024.
