A £9.7m, 80-bed care home offering specialist residential, dementia and respite care 

Highwood has constructed an exclusive £9.7m care home on The Avenue in the historic town of Egham for leading care partner, Cinnamon Care Collection. The Rivermede Court project saw us build a superior 80-bedroom care home that now offers exceptional residential, dementia and respite care for its residents who live in luxurious surroundings.

 

An exciting project negotiated directly with Cinnamon Care Collection

Rivermede Court was an exciting project, negotiated directly with our care partner, Cinnamon Care Collection and, now complete, it offers 80 luxurious and spacious en suite rooms with excellent facilities and expert care. Finished to the same discriminating specification as similar schemes built by Highwood for Cinnamon Care and includes superb communal facilities, a hair and beauty salon and a cinema.

Construction commenced in January 2018 and, from then until project handover late 2019, it had created some 800 new jobs for the local community.
