We’ve completed building a new, 67-bed care home on a site adjacent to the acclaimed Bramshott care village in an area of Hampshire’s outstanding natural beauty, just half a mile from historic Liphook. We undertook this high-profile development with our specialist care partner, Mayflower Care Communities.

The internal specification reflects Highwood’s exacting standards with layouts that include extensive communal areas for dining, quiet relaxation, creative activities and leisure pursuits. Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens with easy and unlimited access to the grounds.

This is yet another high-profile development that we’ve undertaken with our specialist care partner, Mayflower Care Communities, a new care home operator formed in 2014 by a highly-experienced team. Mayflower has a mission to develop premium care homes in the South of England with the goal of providing the best care and facilities in the area.
The site forms part of a last phase development of Bramshott Place, which will be designed to BREEAM’s ‘Excellent’ standard and constructed of a traditional masonry construction with pitched and flat roofs.
