We’re proud of the development schemes we’ve delivered jointly with our partners. We believe the benefits we enjoy should always extend beyond the ROI and the shared risk – they should always answer the call for added value for, and the long-term viability of, the communities we serve.

We put it down to an innate vision that exploits our skill sets, decades of contracting expertise, a wealth of in-house resources, including a full-service planning department and an overriding determination to partner those who share our vision to deliver property projects better.

Our joint ventures have extended from small parcels of land and an idea for open-market development to those with housing associations, shared ownership and private rented sector (PRS) organisations looking to deliver large-scale schemes and major infrastructure projects for their communities.

It was thanks to a forward-thinking joint venture partnership that saw us deliver the landmark, mixed-tenure North Stoneham Park project in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
