A seamless handover of prestigious New Milton care home project to Cinnamon Retirement Living
Highwood has successfully handed over over its luxury care home project in New Milton to trusted care partner, Cinnamon Retirement Living. Despite facing a pause in construction and the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, Mornington Court, a prestigious 57-bedroom care home scheme, was completed with safe working measures in place to the delight of Cinnamon.
Cinnamon really values Highwood partnership

Highwood’s project team had been led by Project Manager, Peter Gutsell, who was forced to self-isolate on health grounds as the coronavirus pandemic took hold, so operations turned to Justin Blay, George Porter and the rest of the project team to drive construction over the line with such great success.
The latest in a long line of accomplished care home projects
Mornington Court is the latest in a long line of accomplished care home projects fulfilled by Highwood for Cinnamon and will offer residential, dementia and respite care along with superb communal facilities, including restaurants, private dining room, café, cinema, lounges and a hair and nail salon. It will welcome its first residents over the coming months.
