Building homes, communities and futures since 1987

Project: Bramshott Place, Liphook

Highwood’s Construction division is building a new 67-bed care home on a site adjacent to the acclaimed Bramshott care village set amid Hampshire’s outstanding natural beauty, and just half a mile from historic Liphook. Bramshott Place retirement village offers a very special way of life. Elegant cottage and apartment homes in landscaped gardens centre around a private clubhouse with restaurant, lounge and pool. Everything combines in the best of town and country to create an ambience that is richly varied and wonderfully sociable, just off the A3 at Liphook. This is yet another high-profile development that we are undertaking with our specialist care partners, Mayflower Care Communities.

The site forms part of a last phase development of Bramshott Place. The stylish 67-bed care home will be designed to BREEAM’s ‘Excellent’ standard and constructed of a traditional masonry construction with pitched and flat roofs.

The internal specification reflects Highwood’s exacting standards with layouts that include extensive communal areas for dining, quiet relaxation, creative activities and leisure pursuits. Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens will enhance the setting further and ensure residents can enjoy easy and unlimited access to well-designed grounds.

Mayflower Care Communities is a new care home operator, formed in 2014 from a highly-experienced team. It is developing premium care homes in the South of England with the goal of providing the best care and facilities in the area.
