Highwood’s Construction division completed construction on a prestigious 60-bed care home in Adderbury in north Oxfordshire on behalf of Patron Capital in February 2017.
Set just three miles south of Banbury, Adderbury is a delightful village surrounded by rolling countryside and beautiful landscapes. Our new care home scheme will comprise a building constructed in traditional brickwork and blockwork with the entire scheme confirming to BREEAM’s ‘Very Good’ standard.
Internally, the development will create a secure, high quality environment for the care of its elderly residents and, with a position lying adjacent to the Adderbury Bowls Club, they will enjoy outstanding views over the open countryside.
The project was completed and handed over in February 2017.
