"My wife and I moved to Royal Court after 25 years living in a detached house in a small town. The apartment is large compared to other retirement apartments, having been finished to the highest standards and includes all the latest equipment. We decided to buy our apartment as it offers so much; a bus service every 30 minutes to Southampton, two Co-Op shops, a number of hairdressers, a fantastic bakery, a pharmacy and a Doctors Surgery within 1.5 miles. If one likes walking there are a number of excellent walks within a stone’s throw. We would find it hard to find a better apartment or location."
