Case Study: Netley Court Care Home

Set within the beautiful Netley Abbey Conservation Area and close to the shores of the south coast’s premier sailing waters, Netley Court Care Home is a brand new state-of-the-art care home that offers luxurious specifications, private landscaped gardens and stunning views across Southampton Water.

In 2013, we were granted planning consent for this, one of our most prestigious developments to date. The grounds of a former special needs school, the site had been the subject of much speculation since 2011.

Our planning application proposed a complete refurbishment of the main house and the development of a new care home, which would enhance the existing building and its delightful coastal environment. The application for the overall scheme was met with approval and support from Southampton City Council who saw the value in providing much-needed accommodation for residents looking for dedicated, stylish retirement living and high quality nursing care when required.

Set close to the shores of one of the south coast’s premier sailing waters and within the beautiful Netley Abbey Conservation Area, with state-of-the-art facilities, designed to meet the individual needs of residents, Netley Court provides residential and dementia care, including permanent care, respite and day care services

Netley Court is now managed by Cinnamon Care Capital.
